Insights into the New Energy
with Dr. Michael E. Brandt
Re: The Teacher's Series, Shoud 12 given by Tobias through Geoffrey Hoppe, July 7th, 2007
My sincere apologies to all as I am a few weeks late with this month's Insights. The summer
has been a bit more hectic than I was hoping for with a number of additional obligations on
"the Brandt consciousness unit." Nevertheless, we have come to
the concluding shoud of the Teacher Series and Tobias joined us this month to close it out
and also to announce that he will, once again
join the family of humanity fully in two years hence, on "Sam's" tenth birthday July 19th, 2009,
at which time he will turn the reins
of the Crimson Council over to Saint-Germain
and his "contract" with Geoff and his direct mentoring work with Shaumbra will come to a close.
In the meantime, there are still two years left in which Tobias will be advising/counseling/teaching us
and that to me is very exciting, because in that time
humanity and Shaumbra have a renewed opportunity to "hear" with heightened attention Tobias' messages!
I thank all of you for joining me once again this month, as we conclude the Teacher Series ...
Tobias started out this month talking about gravity - the physical manifestation of it and also the spiritual
manifestation of gravity in the earthly realm. He said this: "I can feel the heaviness of the Earth energy.
You know, Earth energy has more than just the physical gravity. It has a type of spiritual gravity as well.
It's an ethereal gravity that literally pulls a being down to this place of Earth. This thing that you call
the third dimension draws you down into it. It's seductive. It's what you would call powerful. It pulls you
in for the experience - the experience, potentially, of many, many, many lifetimes."
Let's start out by exploring the concepts of both gravity and inertia as we understand them. In physics, gravity
is realized as an attractive force that "acts" on spatially-separated material bodies. In pre-relativistic physics
this force acts "at a distance" to bring objects toward one another. Yet the physical law thought to explain the
ensuing behavior of the objects - the so-called inverse square law of Universal Gravitation (the force between
two masses decreases with the square of the distance between them) - did not explain completely how two bodies
widely separated in the vacuum of space could exert an equal and opposite force on each other in the apparent
absence of any intervening material substance at all! So physicists and philosophers postulated that there must
be a substance that permeates all of space that would function as a medium for "communication" of forces as well
as for electromagnetic waves of all kinds (including visible light). They referred to this substance as either
phlogiston or "the aether" (as in ethereal) and set out to prove its existence or lack thereof.
Two American scientists by the names of Michelson and Morley performed a series of experiments in the late 19th, early 20th
centuries
bouncing light rays off of mirrors and determined that this substance could not possibly exist out in the vacuum of
space. It was then left up to Einstein to postulate a complete new theory of how gravitation works - called
the General Theory of Relativity.
In Einstein's formulation he realized (using what he referred to in German as "gedanken experiments" - thought experiments)
that the apparent gravitational force exerted by one body on another AND the mechanism of inertia (the Newtonian law that
says "bodies at rest tend to stay at rest and those in motion tend to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force")
work in exactly the same way - they are functionally equivalent. In that case then the mechanism of "action at a distance" must not
serve as the best explanation of how gravitation works. There must be a "higher" principle at work here. Einstein
discovered that principle in so-called non-Euclidean spacetime geometry. The idea was that the force of gravity is a
consequence of the geometry (the "shape") of the combined (4) dimensions of space and time - which together are now referred
to in physics as spacetime.
In the vicinity of cosmological objects spacetime, which can be likened to a sheet of stretched fabric, is "warped" and nearby objects
tend to move toward these curved regions of spacetime. In addition the motion of these objects coupled with their masses
cause ripples in the "fabric" of spacetime that are actually gravitational waves. These are similar to electromagnetic
waves such as visible light, gamma radiation and microwaves that also follow the conformation of spacetime - they bend
in the vicinity of massive objects such as stars and black holes. All these considerations have to do with energy
transfer as well as information transmission (as waves such as light also transmit information - think of fiber optic
light cables in telecommunications of all types).
Interestingly enough, in recent years physicists have observed that how electromagnetic vibrations behave in spacetime
appears similar to how sound travels in a fluid medium such as water. This suggests that like water, which is made
up of particles - molecules, the spacetime fabric itself may be made up of "pieces" - that is be granular rather than
continuously smooth in nature. As such it may further suggest that spacetime in fact is indeed an aether-like substance that
allows waves of all types to travel through it. So the existence of the aether may yet prove to be correct after all.
So what do we make from all this physics talk, metaphorically speaking? On the one hand gravity is a "grounding" influence
throughout all of creation - it is one type of glue that binds the universe together - and thus is a force that
counterbalances expansion, growth and development. If it becomes too strong an influence over us then we can become
stuck not only in a physical sense but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We have to apply resistance to
overcome the tendency to stay in place when we allow inertia to dominate us. In terms of consciousness, inertia
is present too. We often allow ourselves to be lulled into accepting the 4D reality "out there" as the dominant,
true one. Because it is so compelling, we easily forget that "the void" precedes and surpasses our everyday
reality - the void which is the ultimate wellspring of all potentiality and of every created thing.
If we shift our own consciousness to realize that gravity and inertia are magnificent tools that afford us an opportunity
to overcome them by our own choice - a choice toward growth and expanded consciousness, then we are embracing life since
expanded consciousness equals Chai - life! (To Life, To Life, L'Chaim! - Fiddler on the Roof).
Thus the gravity of earth, of
4D reality, is a potential "machine", a deus ex machina that impels us to overcome it along our path to ascension
and helps us to integrate
consciousness so as to release the bonds that fetter us to physicality. As Tobias pointed out, nonphysical entities
need to stay tethered to the etheric reality if they do not want to "fall" to the earthly realms.
Therefore the resistance that results from gravity and inertia is almost paradoxically a tool for our expanded
consciousness - of building on the foundations of the "old" and creating out of it anew. Our ancient wisdom masters
well understood this resistance principle as one of the mystical secrets of creation.
The magnetic force is similar to the gravitational. While it is many times stronger than gravity it acts over much
shorter distances. Nevertheless it is one of the fundamental forces and just like gravitation we are learning new
things about it day by day. Along with these fundamental forces there is an associated energy - in the case of
magnetism this is also an energy of attraction. This energy permeates all of creation because magnetism resides
at scale levels on the order of atomic distances.
We know too that magnetic energy is key in all living organisms, in the planets themselves, and certainly in stars,
solar systems and galaxies. For example we know that the brain works on magnetic energy principles - every neuron
produces its own tiny magnetic field through flow of ionic currents within. As a result larger magnetic fields
are produced by various aggregates of neurons and brain regions as well as by the whole brain. These fields,
which are quite weak, can be observed and measured with highly sensitive instruments called SQUIDs (
superconducting quantum interference devices) to understand aspects of brain functioning. But in addition the
magnetic fields produced by the brain actually impact the brain itself - molding and shaping thought patterns
(and the same thing is true of the heart for example). This truly shows how consciousness "bootstraps" itself,
almost as if it were a living entity - which of course it is. We can even use externally imposed magnetic
fields to alter thoughts. Magnetic stimulation is used today for research purposes as well as medical treatments.
From the work of The Kryon, we know how important magnetic grids are - especially in the Earth, in terms of
sustaining life. The ancient oriental shaman who discovered the acupuncture meridian lines of the body also
recognized the importance of subtle magnetic energies in the body. Some also recognized that when the body's
grid system is not in alignment with that of the Earth, then dis-ease in the body can be the result. Magnetic energy
in the "wide" sense (beyond the physical) can be drawn upon by us humans to bring the things we desire for ourselves
in support of our abundance. We use this "power" regularly but usually unwittingly, and as a result we draw certain
things to ourselves unintentionally that do not serve us best.
Tobias pointed out that "Do you realize that, as a consciousness being at this point, you are not magnetized, as you
would say? You do not attract in bad luck from the outside. The only thing that you're attracting right now is changes
within yourself." Again, consciousness serves a major role in first becoming aware of the presence of this force-energy
as a tool in our lives to 1) affect clearing of old, staid energies and 2) to reorganize necessary shifts within
ourselves to accommodate new energy changes. We can also make magnetism work to our advantage rather than to become
tied to people, ideas and things that we do not prefer have sway in our lives. Through understanding of the workings
of consciousness we too can become magnetic masters!
As this month's shoud took place on 7-7-7 Tobias discussed number alignments, pointing out that they are signposts
of meaning and symbology. These numbers, such as 4-4-4 or 7-2-2-7 provide direction to us, novelty and variety to help
us make connections - to make those "aha" responses and recognize synchronicities as Tobias pointed out.
He specifically mentioned that the number pattern 666, considered by many to be the "mark of the beast" mentioned
in the Book of Revelation, is actually "the perfect alignment of completion, each 6 representing an important
aspect of you - the body, the mind and the spirit. When these come into full alignment, it signifies a
completion, an end of an old cycle and the beginning of a new."
In fact the number 666 is representative of life itself as (6 + 6 + 6) = 18, and this is the gematrial equivalent
of the Hebrew word Chai, which means life. 666 is also representative of the Tree of Life itself because the Tree
consists of three vertical pillars and the Hebrew letter vav, which represents a (spinal) column or straight line hook,
is the sixth letter of the Hebrew aleph-bet. The vav can be thought of as a hook-connector that can bind
the "upper world" together with the "lower worlds" - a tool for joining heaven and earth! Thus 666 represents the Tree of
Life itself, which in its purest state - in the so-called Adam Kadmon state - is in perfect balance and alignment and
in fullest integration possible.
So we have now come to a time as we approach the quantum leap in which we have a renewed opportunity to not only
re-align our individual selves with the Tree of Life, collectively humanity will be able to restore itself back
to the wholeness of its primordial form, the Adam Kadmon body. This "opens up or unleashes a wonderful new, potent form
of consciousness for you." - as Tobias pointed out.
These number alignments also represent synchronization - that is, co-occurrences of certain events. Such correlated
events are to be sure not "coincidences" just as number patterns point to something meaningful and often represent
a reminder to us from Divinity. When certain events line up with one another - forming certain patterns - it is
an opportunity for us to expand from within ourselves, even to make a quantum leap. A key mechanism of information
transmission and communication in many natural systems is referred to as phase alignment and synchronization. When
we think of phase we often think of those of the moon as an example of cyclic behaviors.
Phase simply tells us
where we are within a certain cycle - what is the relative angle? We know also that the brain itself works on this
principle of phase synchronization. Different brain regions "sync up" their neural activity when we are presented
with certain environmental stimuli. What the brain does in the act of perception is to organize these stimuli into coherent
patterns. The brain is thus a pattern generating "machine." It not only seeks out patterns, it creates them
and superimposes various meanings onto those patterns in a procreative way.
During my doctoral studies I was interested in how the brain "molds" the information that impinges upon us every millisecond.
The mind is essentially an information sculptor of its own self-produced data. As a consequence of the brain's inner
workings a pattern of summated electrical activity called the electroencephalogram (the EEG) can be sensed or "read out"
from the surface of the scalp (with an "EEG machine"). This activity is the result of a very large number of neurons (literally billions in an
adult brain)communicating with one another across wide-ranging brain regions - yet only millivolts can be sensed from the brain's
cortical surface, and only microvolts from the scalp. EEG patterns appear to be more or less random during our usual activities of the day (we might think of
this as the brain's idling state), however when processing stimuli of all kinds the brain produces specific responses
known as evoked or event-related potentials.
For about thirty years following the discovery of these particular brain potentials
it was believed that these responses where in addition to the brain's ongoing EEG activities and independent of them.
However for the last 20 years or so scientists have learned that the brain actually responds by synchronizing its
own intrinsic EEG signals, turning random appearing electromagnetic activity into coherent, phase aligned responses that
indicate states of conscious awareness, recognition of events, registration and high level information processing ("thought").
The brain of course is only one system that operates in cycles utilizing principles of phase alignment. It's easy to see
that many, many
natural systems, biological and otherwise, operate with similar principles of behavioral organization. The omniverse
itself is just such a system that operates on cyclic principles. Interestingly, the phases of such systems - where one
happens to be within a particular cycle - can be shifted or "reset." Phase resetting, as it's called, effectively
ends the "old" cyclic pattern and begins a brand new one - a fresh start. It's sort of like advancing past Go in a
game of Monopoly.
In a sense this is what is happening now as we approach the quantum leap and move into a transitional
period between September 18th, 2007 and the end of the Mayan calendar, December 21st, 2012. We are effectively coming to the end of a large
cycle of consciousness evolution taking us into a brand new one. Tobias said this: "Let us take a deep breath together
and acknowledge this moment. Acknowledge this time of our own alignment. Acknowledge this time of a completion of a
cycle and the beginning of a new one." As we take up this brand new cycle we are effectively making a leap in
consciousness - we leave the old track and continue on a very new one, and this time, we don't even have to leave our bodies to do so.
Tobias spoke about spirals. He said, "You tend to work in a spiral, continual evolution and expansion. Not just a circle,
but a spiral that continues to grow and to grow and to grow, until some point it can spiral no more within its known
consciousness and you go outside of the patterns of the spiral itself. That is what is happening right now, particularly
as we approach this time of the Quantum Leap." There is very interesting geometry here (call it sacred if you wish).
Spirals are essentially an expanded form of a cycle in which the rotations do not exactly repeat each other - they allow
for variation as each re-cycle does not juxtapose precisely with the beginning of the next.
Think of a vortex for a moment - examples are water going down a drain, cyclones, tornados, and the inner conformation
of black holes. Anything that is swept up inside a vortex generally travels in a "spirical" pattern.
A related geometrical object is referred to as a torus (a donut, or bagel for Kabbalists ;-)). The hole portion of
the torus "creates" an "object" that is perpendicular to the plane of the torus (the surface resulting from
slicing the bagel in half). So from a torus "is borne" a vortex and from that we have spiral-cycles.
Additionally, the torus itself can function as a kind of a template for all sorts of cycles and spirals around
it that can be combined in novel ways to form more complex patterns of intertwining cycles. It can even serve as
a template for chaotic repeating patterns that appear quite complex pattern-wise yet have a simple geometric basis in
the shape of the torus.
Some interesting things about tori: many cosmologists believe that the shape of spacetime is toroidal rather than strictly
spherical. This suggests something primal about its geometry. Furthermore the word torus actually means "scroll of light."
The word even sounds similar to the Hebrew word Torah (the five biblical books of Moses). As we've discussed before in this
column, the word Torah can be translated as "teaching." We've also mentioned that the Torah is embodied in a scroll of
(kosher) animal skin and scribed in Hebrew by a specialist who undergoes many years of training in the thousands
of rules that must be adhered to in order to produce a viable, complete and "kosher" Torah scroll - a very sacred undertaking.
The actual Torah scroll that one would find in a Jewish synagogue or Temple is a physical instantiation of a noncorporeal
one - what the Kabbalists refer to as the Torah Ohr - the Torah of Light. This highest level version if you will of the
Torah, would be like the meta-software version in the sense that it is an informational blueprint.
Legends tell us that
before this omniverse was created, some others had been created previously but they were eventually "retired" so to
speak (the old legends sometimes put it more bluntly by relating that God was not happy with how these worlds turned
out, thus destroyed them - recall Shiva, the destroyer. Sometimes the old must be cleared out to make way for the new).
At some point, Spirit created/revised a new set of guidelines for how the System in Creation works. Kabbalists believe
that the "whole story" of how creation functions is "embedded" within the Torah Ohr, and like a mining operation,
it continues to reveal its secrets on an appropriate time-delay basis to humanity. It is interesting that a physical Torah
scroll
is actually a torus - a "scroll of Light." When Moses went up on Mt. Sinai and there Spirit downloaded the Torah into
his psyche
(The Revelation), some of the instructions in it were of a self-referential nature. One of these instructions was "you will
tell these stories to your children and your children's children" and that the five books would be read by the community
of Israel (what Tobias has referred to as the Family of Hapiru) in a yearly cycle year in and year out forevermore - thus
we have the so-called people of the Book.
So the Torah, which is a
linear double scroll made of animal skin - is read in a complete cycle yearly - almost as if we bend the Torah scroll
in a circle and juxtapose the top and bottom to form a bagel. We also know that the Hebrew letters of certain Torah
verses
form circular weave patterns of the text (for example in the first three verses of Genesis), thus forming a toroidal pattern.
Yet every yearly cycle of Torah reading is different from the last - like a spiral rather than like a repeating cycle.
Every time a portion of the Torah is read the opportunity to extract a brand new nugget of data is ever-present.
What this reveals to us is the supreme importance of The Light - of Ain Soph Ohr - in the overall
scheme of things. This is Light that goes far beyond the physical electromagnetic spectrum.
According to Kabbalah,
this primordial, metaphysical Light, emanating from Ain Soph, is the animator, activator, and "enlightener" of
ongoing, continuous creation. Every thing comes from The Light and The Light is integrated within every thing! And as
Tobias has pointed out, this Light is not an energy - it is much more than that. It IS consciousness and thus the very
basis of Life itself. All energy is born from The Light, all information transmitted by and within it.
As we move now toward the quantum leap, we get set to take a jump to a new Light level - a little like jumping to light
speed in Star War's Millenium Falcon. Is humanity ready for the jump? Are you ready? "ready or not, here We come!" ;-)
We have been discussing the quantum leap for several months now in this column but the question comes up - what is
quantum consciousness? Tobias discussed how attendees at the Ascension school in Breckenridge experienced a quantum
consciousness change or leap which goes beyond the mind to try and figure out. The experience is like a new paradigm,
a going outside "the box." Almost like crossing over the threshold of a gateway to a brand new place.
But what is quantum consciousness anyway? What's so "quantum" about it? In a recent column we discussed the quantum
concept in physics. We pointed out that light photons or particles such as electrons can only absorb or emit energy
in fixed units of Planck's constant, referred to by physicists as h-bar, a very tiny yet immensely important number
in nature. This tells us that on a fundamental level the universe has a "granular" structure. But what fills in
the "spaces" in between the "stuff" of the universe? The answer is … nothing. Some call this the void. This indicates
that the material of creation and the void are mixed all together - they are at basis unified as one.
Let's understand that the void is not devoid or empty. The void is the field of all potentiality, and the repository
of all possibility - the "storage space" for every bit of information that has ever existed, exists currently, or will
come into existence - the so-called Akashic records. This storage space knows no bounds or limitation of any kind.
Therefore quantum consciousness is the experience resulting from gaining access to this "space", of not just being
in it but moving around in it.
That experience is always a sacred one. Once experienced it imprints itself on the individual. Tobias said "It can happen
in a moment. As that energy then is part of your new tool set in your life, it begins to unfold. It begins to show up in
subtle ways and then it begins to show up in big ways. It starts to integrate with your day-to-day life so that some of
your dreams, your goals and your aspirations now start to come into alignment and into your reality."
Life is a flow with multiple rhythms. New energy physics comes in now to assist us to be in that flow and to maintain it.
It's important for us to recognize our various moods and allow them to "pass on by" - don't get into judgment or thinking
mode about them, into guilt, or "shoulda, woulda, coulda." Don't synchronize with the mood by rationalizing because that
will only reverberate a resonant circuit that maintains a stuck "programming loop."
When we do this we are persisting in buying into dualistic thinking - "good mood/bad mood." Diving behind the short wall
as Tobias puts it - breaks the cycle of mood persistence and avoids polarization. It is our choice now to go beyond
dualism to experiences that are gifts and tools that support our evolvement into the Light and beyond. Life is much
more than being. It is becoming - constant movement, expansion and growth. When we are able to go beyond the mentality
of things in dichotomous relation to one another, such as good-evil, dark-light, night-day, etc., we see the interdependencies
and the synergies among all things.
What one invariably perceives as a self-problem - anger, anxiety, depression, fear,
holds the antidote energy of its opposite/negative counterpart within it - the flipside of the coin. All we have to do
is turn that coin over and see the other side. Synergy is a manifestation of new potentials and energies. It is not a
blending, blurring or neutralizing. From Angel's Peak we can see the vantage point of multi- scale level patterns -
the fractal, self-referential, recursive nature of our multidimensional reality.
Tobias told the lovely story of Klaus, the toy maker. Klaus did it entirely his way - he learned his craft well and
practiced it to his own ideal of perfection out of a deep artistic passion which certainly underlies humanity's
creative impulses. Klaus was not "taken" with money nor was he particularly interested in the service end of the
toy-producing business - just a deep love and joy for his chosen craft. His love for his creations infused a special
energy into his works as if they were his very own children. In a sense they were because he was imparting into each
one aspects of his self - his desires, dreams and aspirations - just like a responsible, loving parent does for their
children. As Klaus got up in years realizing that his creative-artistic skills were beginning to decline, he decided
that his toy-making days would soon be behind him and that it was time to let go of his creations - reluctantly to sell
them so that he could attain enough financial freedom to enjoy his golden years. He did so very successfully.
As Klaus began his new life he began to come across people and pets that looked strikingly familiar to him - they looked
like his precious creations! He was perplexed by this so he decided to hold a banquet and invite all the town's people
to try and figure out what was going on. On the night of the banquet, after all the guests had arrived, Klaus made a toast
to everyone there, who indeed appeared to be as living embodiments of his masterworks over the many years. He said "to you",
and at the moment that all the guests took a sip of their wine, they all disappeared. At that point Klaus recognized all of
himself that he had put into his dolls and that now, all of them, expressions of himself, were re-integrated once again
within him. He had brought them all back home. And in that moment Klaus realized "I meet myself again." It was at this
point that Klaus saw the whole vista of his life's journey and understood that for the rest of his life he will be a
master teacher for boys and girls who would be creators like he was his whole life, one of deep love and compassion for
anyone and everyone who would choose to be his student.
Certainly this story is deeply meaningful on many levels. BUT, from a Kabbalistic perspective it is very amazing! We have
discussed the Kabbalistic creation mythos in this column previously and pointed out that prior to the creation of the
omniverse, in a sense Spirit was not fully aware of Self. Thus the first act of creation is a withdrawal of self from
self (to create a space) followed by a turning inward. This is analogous to someone looking at themselves in a mirror -
they see their reflection and they become aware of their appearance. "Aha! so that's me!" There is a technical term
that describes this too - invagination - an infolding of one within oneself, a well-known biological functional behavior.
In the case of omniversal creation this self-reflecting of Spirit led to the so-called "shattering of the vessels" as
referred to in Kabbalistic lore. Why do the vessels shatter? Because Spirit's Light is the medium of reflection,
and this Light is the Endless variety - Ain Soph Ohr - a Light that nothing finite can contain. Imagine if the Marvel
comic superhero known as Cyclops, one of the so-called X-Men, looked in a mirror after lifting up his visor! ;-)
An alternative explanation if you will is that the act of Spirit reflecting upon Herself immediately manifested the so-called
Adam Kadmon body - considered to be the Divine blueprint of humanity, individually and collectively. This is the meaning of
the biblical verse "And God created humanity in Her own image, in the image of God She created humanity; male and female
She created them" (Genesis 1:27). The blueprint of this corpus of humanity is also the Torah Ohr - discussed previously
in this article - which is "a Tree of Life to them that hold fast to it." Indeed the Kabbalistic Tree of Life is
understood to take on the physical as well as mental, emotional and spiritual form of every human. But because the infinite
Light-Energy of The Creator cannot be contained in any vessel, the Adam Kadmon shatters in a great explosion, all pieces
thrust outward just like what the physicists report happened following the Big Bang. However, it's important to keep in
mind that the Light is "marinaded" within each and every one of the shattered pieces. And it is also important to recognize
that, just like Ain Soph Herself, Ain Soph Ohr is One! Therefore the Endless Light is like a glue that connects
every shattered piece together regardless of how fractionated the omniverse may appear to be.
Kabbalah tells us that humanity's task in life is to bring back together all these pieces - to restore them as One, and how
is this done? It is accomplished through teaching and inspiring consciousness - so that awareness of our original, fully
integrated, fully whole self-reflection may be disseminated in a direct manner across the vast expanse of creation itself.
Humanity's task is to, in a sense, turn that shattering explosion inside out, run the video backwards, and return all the
pieces from whence they came - back to our true Home - "my Father's mansion" as Yeshua referred to it. Each of us is
enjoined by Spirit's "still small voice" to recognize what I refer to as Kabbalah Consciousness - that each of us embodied
humans is a piece of the dispersed Adam Kadmon body and that we have a responsibility to effect tikkun olam - repair of
the universe - to do our part to renew the wholeness of ourselves in Spirit's one truth.
And because of the self-referential, fractal nature of the system in creation, just like Klaus, we ourselves have been
scattered hither and yon. We are spread out like a quantum possibilistic wavefunction, across dimensions and universes,
parts of us within our very own creations, and other parts with people and things in the earthly realm. So as we reach
the Quantum Leap and go beyond, let us bring all these pieces of us back together where we "meet ourselves again" - where we
reconstruct ourselves in the Divine image. In so doing we will once again become the Divine humans that we have always been.
I've mentioned previously that the date of the QL, 9-18-07, occurs in between the annual ten day period that begins with the
Jewish High Holy days of Rosh Hashanah (literally the head of the new year) and ends with Yom Kippur (meaning
the Day of Atonement). This is all rife with significance. First of all these ten days of the year are considered to be the
holiest in the Hebrew calendar and are also very special from a Kabbalistic standpoint. They are referred to as "The Days of
Awe." In a nutshell, they are days, ingeniously designed by our ancient wisdom masters, to return us "back to the future."
Rosh Hashanah is indeed recognized as the birthday of creation itself. And like any birthday, it is a celebration of
remembrance - of what? Of our original and truest state of existence being fully integrated with Spirit. This new year will
be number 5768 of the present 6000 year cycle. Many books have been written about Kabbalistic astrology and so we can't get
into a lot of that right here. But it is interesting that adding up the digits of 5768 yields the sum 26 which is the
gematria of the 4-letter sacred name, the Tetragrammaton that we have spoken so much about here (and even though this name
is traditionally not voiced).
This number also points back to THE VERY beginning of spacetime as it is symbolic of the first Hebrew letter - aleph.
Why? Because the aleph, whose gematria is 1 also happens to be composed of the diagonal letter vav (going in
the same direction as a backslash) and two yuds, one above and to the right of the vav, and one below and to
the left of it. The vav is the 6th letter of the Hebrew aleph-bet and the yud is the 10th,
so 6 + 10 + 10 = 26. It's as if Spirit (as referenced by the Tetragrammaton) is stating "I AM the beginning of All
That Is" - the aleph being representative of just that. So this new year coming up is not only a birthday celebration
of creation, it is like a signpost directly pointing to Spirit - humanity's essential self-identity and our truest "home"!
The QL does not occur on the fourth or fifth day of the ten day period. It occurs on the sixth day. By now we understand
that there are no accidents in creation. So the QL occurring on the sixth day must be meaningful. On the sixth and final
day of creation before God rested on the seventh, we are told that the land creatures, including human beings, were created.
Thus on the QL, 9-18-07, humanity celebrates its very own birthday! This particular year's birthday celebration therefore is
special because
of the QL and symbolically it is representative of a rebirthing process as a new era of consciousness now leaps
into existence.
Furthermore this ten-day high holy day period not only points back to the beginning of our spacetime existence, it is also known
in Kabbalah to be a symbol of the Tree of Life with its ten sefirot, which again is the blueprint of all of Life.
This annual period was designed to be
one of personal reflection culminating in the holiest and most solemn day of the year, Yom Kippur (this year beginning on
Friday evening, 9/21). Yom Kippur is an opportunity to fully reflect upon our course in life - what we have
achieved or not,
all our behaviors and our deeds in this embodiment - and an opportunity to chart a course correction. But moreso,
Yom Kippur provides us with an opportunity to perform the
act of (in Hebrew) t'shuvah - to turn ourselves around and then to "return" to our true home in, as and of Spirit.
It is
another opportunity to see ourselves in the One True Light and hopefully, to never retreat from that vaunted "position"
once we choose to return. The Day of Atonement is truly the Day of At-One-ment.
This returning home is just what Tobias was describing with Klaus' journey. Returning home is where we meet ourselves again.
It is a return to our origins, our beginnings where we encounter Spirit and therefore ourselves. And even though Klaus met
parts of himself once again in his creations, they were all re-integrated back within him, and he retired his doll-making
career, this return was not an end, but the
beginning of a new life career for Klaus - that of the Master Teacher. And so shall the QL be just such an opportunity for
us, Shaumbra.
By returning home, where we meet ourselves again, creation is re-renewed. We are re-born in Spirit and take on whole new
opportunities to create anew, and to teach the next generations - the ones whose eyes are just now opening, how to go "back to
the future." We become the teachers of the new consciousness and we also recognize our role as consciousness inspirers to
all whom we touch - "reminder-ers" of our true essence in Spirit and pointers to The Way to our One true Home.
And that, my beloved's, is what this past year's Teacher Series has been all about.
